About UsWe begin with the highest quality from our produce to our meats. We use
only USDA Choice meats in our kitchen. Our process begins by infusing
our pork, brisket, ribs, chicken, and beef with our house made spice rub
consisting of over 10 herbs and spices. We then hickory smoke our
meats for up to 17 hours until they are tender and juicy. We finish by
hand pulling & hand slicing all our specialties for your pleasure.

"I have to say that I have tried many barbecue restaurants in Jersey.
Most have been a disappointment, this one wasn't. I finally found a
place in Jersey that knows how to do brisket. The meat was juicey,
tender and full of smoke flavor and not the dried out version which is
all too common in Jersey. I tried other things here but, the brisket is
